1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of ADHD PowerSports are not eligible.

2. How to Enter
One (1) entry is earned with each financed purchase of any powersport item from ADHD PowerSports during the promotional period.
Cash or non-financed purchases do not qualify.
No purchase necessary where prohibited by law — to enter without purchase, send a handwritten request with your full name, phone number, and email to:
ADHD PowerSports Giveaway, [Your Address], received by December 10, 2025.

3. Promotion Period
The contest runs until the first 15 qualifying financed purchases are completed.
A random draw will take place on December 15, 2025.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an official signed Connor McDavid jersey.
Prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

5. Winner Selection
The potential winner will be randomly selected and notified by phone or email.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and sign a standard release form.
If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days, another entrant may be selected.

6. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, city, and image by ADHD PowerSports for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal information is collected solely for contest administration and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions
